This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our website gezawear.com (the "Site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
RETURNS
Everyone has the right to change their mind! you also have a legal right to return goods through the long distance selling act, this states goods must be returned within 7 days.
If you wish to return goods they must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging, please note returning an item is the customers responsibility and we/gezawear.com can not be held liable for lost item/s in transit back to us, you are respectfully requested to use registered post.
We will happily exchange them for another item or give a refund within/upto 30 days of receipt (Excluding the postage costs), if it shows that a customer has tried the garment on or tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse the returned garment.
Registered customers can access the returns procedure through their account, customers without an account please contact us via email or letter stating you wish to return your item/s along with your details and order number.
Faulty items - Gezawear supply items from carefully selected manufactures so we hope you will not receive any faulty goods, however this does happen! upon receipt you find a manufactures fault please contact us straight away, in this case we shall happily offer replacement item or a full refund Including postage costs! Again we must be in receipt of the item/s within 7 days and we can not be held liable for lost items whilst in transit back to us.
Goods supplied incorrect - If we supply goods incorrect we are happy to accept returns within 10 days, again all tags and labels must be still attached and goods unworn and unwashed and in original packaging, we shall gladly reimburse your postage cost to return the item back to us (1st class Recorded delivery method only not special delivery) and we shall send new goods out by recorded delivery. Again we must be in receipt of the returned item we can not be held liable for lost items in transit back to us.
REFUNDS
Any refunds due shall be made within 30 days but usually much sooner once any returned items have been received, all refunds are returned via the same method that payment was made.
